Take exit 30b (old exit #16) to Roosevelt Blvd/Largo. Bear
left when off-ramp initially splits.
Turn right onto 28th St N. and continue with below
instructions:
From the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and 28th St. N
Enter the Carillon Office Park at the light.
Turn right onto Carillon Parkway.
After much winding around, turn right onto Fountain Parkway.
This marked only by a small sign,
so if you miss this turn then turn right when you hit
Ulmerton. Otherwise follow Fountain Parkway
until you hit Ulmerton.
Turn right onto Ulmerton go appox 1-2 blocks before turning
into the Franklin Templeton building.
Traveling East on Ulmerton Road:
Turn right at the last entrance before the ramps onto I-275.
This is 2 driveways past the light at Publix.
From the Airport:
From the Airport, take the I-275 South exit to St. Petersburg exit.
After crossing the Howard Frankland Bridge, take the
exit marked Ulmerton Road.
Stay in the left lane of the off-ramp, and take the very
first left into Franklin Templeton.
